Lizzo has begun teasing new single ‘Love In Real Life’.

The American artist took a “gap year” in 2024, but returned with a viral post on Valentine’s Day (February 14th). Biding adieu to her ‘Special’ era, Lizzo posted a crossed out version of the album artwork, writing “bye bitch!”

Stepping beyond this, Lizzo has now begun teasing something new. Incoming single ‘Love In Real Life’ lands on February 28th, with the American artist writing:

“I want to introduce to you guys, the newest piece of content from the new era. I have been working on new music for last two years. I took my time and I did it right. The new era begins today. I truly am coming to gag throats.”

Placing a new clip online, Lizzo can be seen sprawled out on the hood of a car as passers-by walk past oblivious; the camera zooms down, with the artist relating: “Everything was so much simpler, and that’s exactly what I need. No views, no likes. Real love. In real life…”

Amid a hectic montage moment, a guitar begins strumming – before it cuts to black…

‘Love In Real Life’ is out on February 28th.
