UK songwriter Jacob Banks has shared new project ‘Yonder: Book II’.

The songwriter envisages ‘Yonder’ as a three-part anthology series, with the first instalment on streaming. Looking ahead, Jacob Banks has just expanded his vision – ‘Yonder: Book II’ landed a few moments ago.

A five-track project, it allows Jacob space to unpack some personal emotions. A talent who likes to go a little deeper, the ambitious song cycle moves between vintage soul, and something a little more alternative in scope.

Jacob says…

“’Book II’ is a meeting of worlds that have both been dear to me, my love of soul music and my love of alternative music.”

Very much Jacob’s child, the project also features production from Pantha (Emeli Sandé, Wretch 32) and Gavin Powell (Jake Isaac, Stormzy).

The third instalment of the trilogy is incoming, with Jacob Banks set to play London’s O2 Forum Kentish Town on April 23rd.
