Electronic partnership Kassian will release new album ‘Channels’ on March 21st.

The production team – Joe Danvers-McCabe and Warren Cummings – have built a singular voice, making their debut back in 2019 and quickly catching the attention of key imprints such as Unknown To The Unknown, Shall Not Fade, and Heist.

Launching their own imprint Faux Poly, Kassian have unleashed a number of wonderfully finessed club boosters – but the path to their debut album hasn’t been straight forward.

Waiting for the right time, it took a reconnection with their roots – warm, house-adjacent chords, and crunchy breaks – to trigger Kassian’s creative aspects.

Out on March 21st, ‘Channels’ remains tethered to the duo’s foundations while also accepting new influences – they’ve invited Ezra Collective member, Joe Armon-Jones on keys, and Timothy Kraemer on cello for example.

New song ‘Metro’ is out now, a lush soundscape with a refined rhythmic engine that displays the duo’s technical skills as beat makers, while also introducing a painterly touch.
