London’s Night Tales Loft and Netil 360 at risk from neighbouring “luxury flat” development proposal

East London artist Lancey Foux has today shared not one but two new singles, ‘Enter The Dragon’ and ‘TEKTIME’.
‘Enter The Dragon’ is a techno-laced mission statement; its chorus of horns and wiry synths making the track feel like the score to a retro fighting game. ‘Dragon’ is produced by and features BNYX – known for his work with the likes of Yeat, PinkPantheress, Kid Cudi, Lil Uzi Vert and more. BNYX also features on ‘TEKTIME’, a nebulous trap number produced by Azure (Fatboy, 2KBaby and Yeat) spotlighting Lancey’s drip and high-fashion credentials.
Lancey’s output can be described as a disorienting fusion of hip-hop, cloud rap, trap, jerk, Jersey club, drill and more. A prolific creator, Lancey has collaborated with the likes of Skepta, Kanye West, Sexyy Redd, Yeat, Kwengface, Chip, Lil Yachty and more.
Lancey Foux hit number one last on the UK Hip Hop and R&B Albums Chart last year with collaborative album, ‘The Conglomerate’, alongside Fimiguerrero and Len. The project shone light on the fringe scenes and subcultures birthed in the post-drill era of UK rap.
Lancey’s last solo project, ‘BACK2DATRAP’, was released in 2023, and if ‘Enter The Dragon’ is anything to by, we might have another self-styled collection on the way soon.
