Mochakk has released a new EP through Ninja Tune, titled ‘From The Stars’.

Spanning two tracks, the record marks the Brazilian producer’s debut for the UK label. The title track samples ’80 disco song ‘Messages From The Stars’ by The RAH Band, while the other track, ‘Maria’, has been a fixture of Mochakk’s DJ sets since he debuted it in 2023 during his appearance for Cercle.

In a statement, Mochakk said: “It’s completely bananas to release on Ninja [Tune]. It’s one of those stamp-of-approval moments. It’s [been] such a respected label for years where so many great albums and singles were released from artists I’ve listened to for years. It feels unreal.”

Last year, Mochakk opened the club OBLIQO in his Brazilian hometown of Sorocaba.

Before that, he released the EP ‘Locomotiva Ibiza 2099’ through CircoLoco Records.
