London vocalist Summer Pearl has laid out plans for new EP ‘THE INTERLUDE’.

The songwriter blends jazz, neo-soul, and UK-leaning R&B, with her excellent 2023 mixtape ‘outmysystem’ winning huge acclaim.

Taking time out, Summer Pearl have recalibrated her art, and returns with a new release presently.

Out on March 6th via key tastemaker imprint Kitto Records, the EP features some notable guests, including Rudimental and Steam Down vocalist Afronaut Zu on key track ‘THE REBOUND’.

Summer Pearl comments…

“I like to think of ‘THE INTERLUDE’ as an exploration of what I hold inside. Each track differs in sound and subject, and is what I have been thinking about or going through for the past few years. I channel the experiences of my ancestors, women and myself to conjure emotions to write and express.”

‘THE INTERLUDE’ EP will be released on March 6th.
