Tomorrowland will round off its 20th anniversary year with a new film.
One Year reflects on the World’s No.1 Festival’s various events of 2024, from the flagship Belgium edition to Tomorrowland Winter and Tomorrowland Brasil. It features testimonies from artists including Afrojack, Steve Aoki, Armin van Buuren, and Amber Broos.
The film, which runs at 45 minutes, aims to capture “the essence of Tomorrowland’s diverse and inclusive atmosphere”. It promises “intimate interviews” with artists and content from all 2024 events.
“The amount of work and time, thought process and the teams. The village of people that put this thing together. Everywhere I feel, touch, see… is Tomorrowland. It doesn’t matter if I’m in Brazil or France. And definitely – obviously – in Belgium,” said Steve Aoki in a press release.
Tune into the official Tomorrowland YouTube channel on 27th December to watch One Year.
The festival recently revealed the theme for its 2025 summer event, which is scheduled for the weekends of 18th-20th and 25th-27th July in Boom, Belgium. Next year’s concept, Orbyz, centres on an indigenous community hiding beneath a giant ice cap.
Meanwhile, the next Tomorrowland Winter will take place from 15th-22nd March 2025 at its usual ski resort home of Alpe d’Huez in France with sets from Amelie Lens, HAAi, DJ Boring, Axwell, Jennifer Cardini, Joris Voorn, and many more.
In September, Tomorrowland released We Are Tomorrow, a documentary produced with Amazon Music which follows four people around the main festival’s 2024 edition, including Brazilian DJ Vintage Culture.
